The 8116A combines the capabilities of a pulse generator with a function generator in a compact, microprocessor-controlled package. Available output modes include sine, square, triangle, haversine, havertriangle, dc, and pulse. All waveforms can be amplitude or frequency modulated and external trigger, gate and burst modes are available.
Option 001 adds burst and logarithmic sweep capability.
The 8116A operates from 1 mHz to 50 MHz at output levels up to 16 volts pk-pk. An IEEE-488 interface is standard. Fully programmable.
