STRATEGIES
The Problem :
The Hispa panel is short by 3/4".

The challenge is to make a panel of the correct size that fits between the rails.
The photos below show the panel build as supplied by Hispa Panels.

  • Get 4 DZUS replica bolts (PC Flights and Sismo both supply them).
  • Reuse existing circuit board.
  • Fabricate new board for connectors.
  • Make an aluminum mounting plate to mount everything including annunciators and the acrylic switch plate.
  • Add spacers to aluminum plate to mount the connector PCB. (Use 1/4" square spacers for mounting 1/16" sides ??)
