STRATEGIES
The Problem :
This panel is too short by 7 mm. Interestingly enough, the mounting holes seem to line up properly.

The challenge is to make a unit of the correct size that fits between the rails.
The photos below show the panel build as supplied by Hispa Panels.

  • Get 4 DZUS replica bolts (PC Flights and Sismo both supply them).
  • Fabricate aluminum plate to fit behind this unit.
  • Trim backup acrylic to match front acrylic.
  • Mount acrylic pieces onto aluminum plate by bolting into tapped holes. Trim the bolts flush with the aluminum plate.
